Pricing Policy
All prices listed are incl danish tax 25%. We reserve the right to change the prices at any point and are not liable for any printing errors / typos.
Placing orders
As soon as you have pressed order, you will recieve an confirmation email with your order. This is just a confirmation of your order, not an acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted, when we send you an email confirming your order has been dispatched. Payment will be collected shortly after dispatch.
If you want to pick up your order in person, please send us an email on hi@yabstudio.com. Pickups are only avaialble with confirmed date and time. Payment will be collected when order is picked up.
Cancellation
We can at any point without any further explanation, cancel an order.
Bespoke Pieces

Purchase of valuable goods
All orders above a certain amount, will need to be cleared before shipping. Order above a certain amount can only be paid by banktransfer. Please allow extra shippingtime.
Giftcards & Vouchers
Chose amount, add to basket and complete the order. You will shortly after receive an order confirmation on your purchase. As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive an email with the giftcard. The gift card holds a unique code, payment are done by entering the code at checkout. In case you dont spend the full amount at once, the remaining amount can be used at a later point, using the same unique code. Gift cards & vouchers are valid 1 years from purchase date. Remember to keep your gift card safe as its considered cash. YABSTUDIO© are not at any point, liable for, stolen, misused or lost gift cards, giftcards are after purchase, buyers liability . Any questions regarding you gift card, please do not use your gift card code, refer instead with your order no. Gift cards purchased online are eliglible for refund, within 14 days from purchase date.

Payments Online * Safety
All creditcard transactions on this website are processed through Quick Pay. In this process all details on your card will be encrypted. To prevent fraud, we use credit card verification, CVV. Pls.note that YABSTUDIO© can not be held liable for any loss you might suffer, should a third party contrive uanauthorized acces to data buyer provid in the ordering process.
Reservation of amount
When paying with an international payment card such as Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro or via danish MobilePay, will the amount of your order, immediately be reserved for up to 30 days. This is an action taken by your bank, YABSTUDIO© have no say in these matters and cant cancel any reservation.
Payments are reserved on your card or account until
1. We raise the amount when we ship your purchase or 2. If the order is canceled, then the amount will be released, according to the agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card, with your card issuer. We do not charge card fees.

We ship worldwide with diffrent couriers like Postnord, GLS and UPS. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Any questions regarding delivery
Please contact us if you have any doubts regarding the delivery time or destination. We are not responsiable for any delay due to changes in the normal procedures, nor can we be hold liable for any cause arised beyond our control. Situations like this does not affect your statutory rights. If the parcel are open or ripped at delivery, please refuse to recieve. This will not affect your statutory rights.
Refusing a purchase * Change of mind
*Please note that if a buyer refuses to recieve the parcel after purchase or dont take any actions to pick up the purchase, all expences will be buyers liability. Beyond the return shipping, any additional cost such as vat, taxes, local fees etc. will be deducted from the amount paid before a refund is made.
Returns of Bespoke * Custom Orders
When placing a custom order, its legally binding as soon as you have placed a deposit.
Change of mind will not issue a refund of the deposit, unless special agreement have been made. Custom pieces or custom sizes are not eligible for return nor can they be swapped into other goods or vouchers.
Warranty
Is 24 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with the danish sale of good act. Pls. note that the 24 month warranty doesnt cover wear and tear nor loss or change in plating / colour
Returns / Refunds
You are at anytime more than welcome to return your purchase in case you had a change of mind In case you want to return your purchase, you are by law required to let us know within 14 days, from the day you recieve your purchase. To be entitled to a refund, your purchase needs to be returned in the same condition as you purchased it in, this also includes the packinging. If a returned purchase shows any signs that it has been in use other than for trying on, the buyer will loose the right to return the product and get a refund. The buyer will also be obliged to pay any return shipping back to buyer.
All expenses around return costs including shipping, paid vat, custom fees ect are buyers liability. We do not in any form or way refund any additional cost the buyer must have paid, in case of a return. When purchased goods have been returned to us, and the condition has been accepted, the purchase amount will be reimbursed into your account within app 7 days. Pls note that we dont do any refunds before we have recieved, checked and cleared the returned item.
To prevent fraud, we only do refunds to the payment channel used when the item were purchased. All returns needs to be verified before shipping, in case our office is closed. The responsibility for the parcel will at all time belong to the buyer, until parcel is recieved and signed by YABSTUDIO©.

Complaints
Faulty jewellery due to manufacturing, will be repaired / replaced. Faulty does not include wear and tear. All our jewellery are checked throughly before leaving our studio, meaning we have tested it in every possible way, so we know the quality is good and that it wont “suddenly fall apart”. No piece of jewellery cant stand being yanked or mistreated. We also know unintented accidents happens and we understand its upsetting, if you just purchased a new piece of jewellery and ruined it by accident. Theres no need for despair, most of the time, we can repair it for a small fee, if based outside Denmark, a local jeweller can help you and repair it.
Guaranty
Your guaranty lasts 2 yrs from purchase date.Before contacting us please make sure you have a valid receipt on your purchase, without the receipt we cant help you and will instead advise you to use a local goldsmith. Please note any guaranty falls away if our jewellery has been repaired by others. If you want to complain about your purchase, pls send us an email with a photo of your complaint incl. your order number and date for purchase to hi@yabstudio.com
In case we dont agree
In case we are unable to find a solution regarding a return / complaint, buyer can send a complaint to naevneneshus.dk. Please note that in order to file a complaint, your purchase must have a value between dkk 1110.- 100.000. Be aware of they charge a fee to have a complaint processed. For EU citizen please find the EU Commission's online complaint portal here.
